Spain Film Commission (SFC) is a non profit organization established by an extensive network of Film Commissions / Film Offices throughout the territory. He is a founding member of the European Film Commission Network (EUFCN) and works in collaboration with audiovisual, commercial and tourism Spanish institutions. SFC provides producers runnings management of all types of audiovisual works in our territories, in coordination with the office network. In addition, advice on funding, locations, administrative management and services of all kinds.


The Malta Film Commission is a government entity established by the Laws of Malta and acts as an advisory body responsible for the film sector on policies pertaining to the promotion, development and support of the audio-visual and film servicing industry. The aim of the Film Commission is to position Malta as a global competitive film destination, creating sustainable jobs and driving forward the development of the indigenous industry through training programmes and the Malta Film Fund.


Ouarzazate Film Commission is a public nonprofit institution established by the Regional Council and the Moroccan Center for Cinematography. The region of Ouarzazate, the gateway to the desert, is a true open-air film set where super productions have been filmed since many decades. Ouarzazate, the city that offers millennium peacefulness with its magnificent Kasbahs, its houses with original architecture, its infrastructure and its various movie sites. In order to monitor the progress of filming in the region of Ouarzazate, a Film Commission was established in 2008 with substantial resources and composed of experienced professionals.


The Italian Film Commissions association, comprising 17 Film Commissions located all over Italy, is a benchmark for national and international productions, investors, authors, professional operators and institutions operating in the cinema and audiovisual sector. The Italian Film Commissions brings together organisms that provide free of charge services such as logistic assistance, access to financial resources, the granting of permits, a mapping of qualified manpower and service providers and the search for locations. It aims to create incentives for investments in the cinema and audiovisual sector in the individual regions, offering a unified image of the Italian world of cinema narrated in its regional specificities, promoting the different territories in terms of their distinctive cultural, artistic, touristic, landscape and industrial features.
Fostering territorial development on global scale, the Italian Film Commissions association acts to consolidate relations with national and international bodies and institutions. It assures its associates of constantly updated information on activities within the sector and develops system initiatives for the growth and promotion of the Italian audiovisual sector. Activities of particular importance relate to the organisation of joint initiatives and attendance at the most important film festivals and fairs in Italy and abroad. The Italian Film Commissions fosters the growth of international co-productions and the realisation of operational and development partnerships. The mission of the association includes promotion and protection of the quality of services for audiovisual productions and the operational enhancement of structures associated with the organisation of initiatives for training and update.

Tax Credit for audiovisual works

Tax Credit for audiovisual works. The 5 February 2015 Decree of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism allows attribution of tax credit for film activities to the independent producers of audiovisual works. The provisions on tax credit – tax credit provide for the possibility to offset tax liabilities (IRES, IRAP, income tax, VAT, social security and insurance contributions) with the credit accrued as a result of an investment in the film industry. Recipients are the production companies and film distribution, film exhibitors, the executive production companies and post-production (technical industries), as well as businesses that do not belong to cineaudiovisivo industry associated in profit of a film from this manufacturer .

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FILM INDUSTRY AUDIOVISUAL AND MULTIMEDIA
Founded over seventy years ago, on July 10, 1944,  ANICA is the association representing the Italian film and audiovisual industries in the relations with the institutions and in labor negotiations. It is also appointed to establish relationships with all the major players in the system, for the exploitation of the cinematographic industry (primarily the national one) in Italy and abroad.
The ANICA has, since its foundation, promoted Italian cinema at the major film festivals and markets abroad, in collaboration with DG Cinema of MiBACT. In recent years the Association has initiated several projects to promote the circulation of films and internationalization of Italian products with the Ministry of Economic Development and ICE.
